The Sharing Fund

The Sharing Fund was established to enable area individuals, families and businesses to make gifts of up to $500 per year. With more than 700 members, the Sharing Fund donates an average of $30,000 each year.

Over the years, Sharing Fund monies have been allocated to basic hospital needs and medical equipment and occasionally directed towards major expansion and capital improvement programs.

Sharing Fund gifts are often tied to an individual - in memory or in honor - and families often use the fund as a conduit of memorial donations from the community after the death of a loved one.

Sharing Fund benefactors are recognized by name in Sharing, the Foundation’s biannual magazine newsletter.
