When you join the Lightkeeper’s Society, you are assured of a direct connection to the best healthcare at the shore. With your membership gift, our 24-hour Lightkeeper liaison will assist you and your family with the services you need from Shore Memorial in coordination with your primary healthcare providers back home.
Hospital Benefits
Members of the Lightkeeper’s Society are presented with a distinctive
membership card. This card includes a phone number for your Shore Memorial
Health Foundation donor liaison, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your liaison will help you connect with appropriate hospital departments
and access needed medical services.
If admission to the hospital is required, your donor liaison will facilitate communications with your primary healthcare providers, both locally and back at home, and help your family members with any assistance they may need.
Annual Events
To celebrate and honor members of the Lightkeeper’s Society, special
events are held each year for members to meet and interact with Shore Memorial’s
senior management and physicians, including the annual Stainton Society Brunch
and President’s Reception. These unique events will enable members
to learn about major developments and the future direction of Shore memorial.
Public Recognition
Each member of the Lightkeeper’s Society will be prominently recognized
in the Shore memorial Health Foundation Sharing magazine as a leadership
donor and member of this prestigious Society. Members may also remain
anonymous.
Publications
Members of the Lightkeeper’s Society will have their names placed on
our priority mailing list, which will entitle them to receive key publications
produced by Shore Memorial Hospital and the Shore Memorial Health Foundation.
