Thanks to people like you, millions of dollars have been invested in new treatment and prevention services that benefit the region, today and tomorrow.

The Shore Memorial Health Foundation facilitates and coordinates two major initiatives:

1. Philanthropy
The Foundation creates and implements dynamic philanthropic programs that support the mission of Shore Memorial, providing a mechanism for anyone in the community that wants to make a financial contribution.

From small cash donations to long-term planned giving and estate bequests, Foundation-led development programs have supported a host of new programs and improvements at Shore Memorial Hospital and Shore Health Parks.

In addition, the Foundation supports the exceptional efforts of the Auxiliary of Shore Memorial Hospital, whose members work tirelessly to fund major projects at the hospital.

2. Wellness and Community Health Accountability
The Foundation identifies and funds preventive health programs and initiatives consistent with the Health System’s mission - including the Wellness Program and the annual Health Needs Accountability Report.
