Medical Director
Board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology and Chief of Cardiology Division at Presbyterian at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Dr. Waxman brings an extensive background in diagnosis and treatment to Shore Memorial’s CardioVascular Institute. Dr. Waxman performs low-risk catheterizations using the most advanced technology, collaborating with Shore Memorial’s highly trained team of cardiovascular specialists. He is a graduate of Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, NY. He served his residency at NYU - Bellevue with fellowships at University of Miami–Jackson and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Gene Chang, MDDr. Chang is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine. He served a residency at Deaconess Hospital, Boston and a fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Craig Frankil, DODr. Frankil is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center and his fellowship at Temple University Hospital.
William C. Groh, MD, FACCDr. Groh is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

William H. Matthai, MD, FACC, FACPDr. Matthai is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Alan S. Moak, MD
Dr. Moak is board-certified in internal medicine and
cardiovascular disease. He is a graduate of The State University
of New York Downstate Medical Center. He served his internship
at Duke University Medical Center, his residency at University
Hospital in Boston, and fellowships at Tufts--New England Medical
Center and Brooklyn Veterans Adminstration Hospital.
William J. Untereker, MDDr. Untereker is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology. He is a graduate of Columbia University – College of Physicians and Surgeons. He served his residency and fellowship at Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York.
