Autologous & Directed Donor Programs
The American Red Cross, in conjunction with Shore Memorial Hospital, offers
patients facing surgery the option with medical approval, to make an
autologous donation of their own blood for later use, or – under the Directed
Donation Program – have blood donated for them. The service is offered
by appointment.
