Shore Memorial Thrift Shop Location in Egg Harbor Township Now Open

Joanne Drane, volunteer, stocks the shelves with videos and DVDs at the Auxiliary of Shore Memorial’s Egg Harbor Township Thrift Shop.

The Auxiliary of Shore Memorial Hospital’s newest Thrift Shop location in Egg Harbor Township is now open and looking for volunteers interested in donating a few hours of their time each week.

Men and women of all ages are needed to process and sort donations, work the cash register, sort and tag clothes for pricing, stock shelves and assist customers. Volunteer times are flexible. Both weekday and weekend shifts are available.

Located in the Harbor Village Square Shopping Center on the corner of Ocean Heights Avenue and Zion Road in Egg Harbor Township, the shop is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Proceeds from the shop benefit Shore Tomorrow—The Campaign for Shore Memorial Hospital.

Shore Memorial also has thrift shops in Somers Point in the Somers Point Shopping Plaza and in Seaville at the Cedar Square Shopping Center. All three locations currently offer new and gently used spring and summer clothing, shoes, accessories and housewares.

For more information about volunteering at the Egg Harbor Township location, contact the store at (609) 601-2710.
